SERVI MAX IS A DIVISION OF PASCO INDUSTRIAL SUPPLIES, SPECIALIZING IN THE REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF YOUR TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT.
To meet our customers’ needs and support them in their drive for continuous improvement, we have integrated a tool maintenance and repair center into our operations: Servi Max inc.
A partnership program is also offered with Servi Max inc. It enables customers to know the real costs per department, per tool or per family of tools, and to intervene rapidly in the event of repetitive breakdowns and/or excessive consumption of industrial supplies. Repair analyses are provided to customers on an annual basis. This program also eliminates wasted time and hassle during repairs, as it comes with parts inventory support and privileged access to our repair department.

We believe that the best way to avoid production stoppages is to prevent them. That’s why, in addition to traditional repair services, we offer preventive maintenance at the right time.
We are one of the only companies in Quebec to offer a B-167 certificate of conformity for lifting equipment. We are also able to calibrate ratchet wrenches (impacts).
Our technicians are authorized repairers for many brands, meaning they have received training directly from the manufacturer. They can also rely on test equipment to ensure that the user is working with safe tools. Hydraulic equipment can also be tested in action and reaction.

SERVIMAX-PLUS TOOL FLEET MANAGEMENT PROGRAM
The SERVIMAX-PLUS program enables us to take an ongoing look at different applications and make recommendations to increase productivity levels and reduce breakage.
The SERVIMAX-PLUS program takes a closer look at tooling selection by pinpointing applications more precisely.
STANDARDIZATION PROGRAM
Based on the data collected when the tool fleet is registered in the “SERVIMAX-PLUS” file, and by verifying the application, the partners establish standards to maximize performance. By establishing these standards and harmonizing them with the products offered by the supplier, delays attributable to waiting for parts or to multiple sources of supply are considerably reduced.
ANALYSIS PROGRAM
Based on monthly repair reports by tool family and department, our customer is able to analyze the situation and make the right choices.
WARRANTY APPLICATION PROGRAM
To better serve its customers, our service center offers warranty repair services for the major manufacturers it represents.
MONITORING TOOL REPAIRS
We chisel the tools and record them in our database for tracking repairs and applying warranties. Prior to repair, our technicians consult the tool’s history to see any subsequent repairs and applicable warranties. All repairs are recorded in the tool’s history by chisel number, and quarterly reports are sent to the customer and the sales representative for their review and overview.
We can also provide you with different repair reports for your tool inventory, as well as a value based on this inventory.
